Summary: Our stay was just great! From check-in to check-out our experience was welcoming and comfortable. Tess did a great job at making us feel welcome and took care of our needs and questions. We traveled with 2 small children and they loved the heated pool. The room was clean and spacious, bed was a little on the firm side, but the pillows were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was hot with many options for kids and adults. This hotel is in a prime location as well, close to restaurants and shopping. It was only about 10 to 15 minutes from Chico campus. Overall it was a safe and clean stay, we definitely recommend this hotel.
